Export declaration refers to the shipper (or its agent) to declare the details of the export goods to the customs, according to which the customs shall examine, release and permit the export. Separate enterprises to take care of customs declaration and agency customs declaration. Most of them are customs declaration agents (cargo forwarders can often arrange customs declaration matters).

Inspection certificate Export commodity inspection refers to the business activities in which the producer, buyer or third party of the commodity inspects the quality, specification, weight, quantity, packaging, safety and health of the commodity under certain conditions and with the help of certain means and methods, in accordance with contracts, standards or relevant laws, regulations and practices at home and abroad, and makes a judgment on whether it is qualified or not, or issues various relevant certificates in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the buyer and seller, avoid or solve various disputes over risk losses and division of responsibilities, and facilitate the handover and settlement of goods.
